About Me

Michela D'Onofrio

Documentary photographer and humanitarian data scientist, I approach visual storytelling with many perspectives — scientific, poetic, cultural, and personal. Having lived in several countries, I developed a deep curiosity for stories rooted in place and identity. My work focuses on capturing forgotten stories, remote landscapes, and cultural memory, often highlighting what risks fading into silence. I bring to my work empathy and intuition shaped by travel and personal development.
